1. About LilDream

LilDream is a web application that provides baby sleep guidance, wake window tracking, and activity logging for children aged 0–24 months. The service is offered by the individual operator of LilDream (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Brazil.

2. Not Medical Advice

LilDream provides general sleep guidance compiled from published pediatric sleep ranges (Cleveland Clinic, Taking Cara Babies, The Baby Sleep Site, Happiest Baby, Huckleberry, Sleep Foundation). It is not medical advice and does not replace the guidance of your pediatrician, family doctor, or any qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a medical professional about your baby’s health and sleep concerns.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

LilDream offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans (monthly at US$ 9.99/month and annual at US$ 59.99/year). All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Depending on your location and payment method, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees at their own rates. We operate from Brazil, and Stripe processes your payments with automatic currency conversion; the exact amount charged in your local currency is determined by Stripe and your financial institution at the time of the transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel anytime through the “Manage subscription” option in Settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial of the paid features. No payment method is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, you revert to the free tier unless you subscribe.

6. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with LilDream, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds for renewal charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us at the address listed at the bottom of this page.

7. Your Data

You own the data you enter into LilDream (baby profiles, sleep logs, etc.). You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ accounts, reverse-engineer the application, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

LilDream is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the operator’s domicile in Brazil, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
